Thanks for stopping by, you don't need an app to book, reschedule or cancel your appointment via Gloss Genius. Follow the steps below for instructions!
Booking Your Appointment
Step 1: Visit our booking site by clicking here!
Step 2: Click the "book now" button
Step 3: Select your desired service or services, you can click more than one and they'll be added to your visit.
Step 4: Click the book services button in the top right corner
Step 5: Select a day that works for you then click next to view available times and select a time. (If you don't see one click the "join waitlist" button underneath the next tab)
Step 6: Fill out your contact information, please opt in to text because this is how I will communicate with any changes to location, booking options or promotions).
Step 6: Agree to my cancellation policy of 50% of services charged if rescheduled or cancelled in less than 24 hours.
Step 7: Enter your credit card information and click the submit button (Your card will not be charged this is used as the card on file for the cancellation fee)
Step 8) You're all set and ready to slay :)
Rescheuduling Your Appointment
Step 1: Click the link in the text confirmation you received when booking the appointment
Step 2: Click the "current" appointment tab
Step 3: Scroll down to the "reschedule appointment" button below the confirm button
Step 4: Click yes to confirm you'd like to reschedule
Step 5: Choose the day and time you'd wish to reschedule to and click next
Step 6: You're all set and ready to slay :)
Canceling Your Appointment
Step 1: Click the link in the text confirmation you received when booking the appointment
Step 2: Click the "current" appointment tab
Step 3: Scroll down to the "cancel appointment" button below the confirm button
Step 4: Read through the cancelation policy and click "yes"
Step 5: If you're within the 24 hour window contact me on the options listed in the pop up so we can go about settling the cancellation fee.
